Description

- Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.- Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries.- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.- Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.

Job Requirement

- Minimum education Diploma (D3) any major- Minimum GPA 2.75- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Minimum EFSET Score B1/B2 (will be tested on recruitment process)- Fresh graduate are welcome- Flexible for shifting schedule and changes along with in- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities.- Fast learner and independent to work.- Willing to placement in Jakarta- Can be Join ASAP
