Event Manager (Regional)

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Event Manager to lead SKINTIFICs regional event activations across Southeast Asia. This role is crucial in driving successful event activations in regional scope, enhancing SKINTIFICs brand visibility, and contributing to overall business growth including conceptualization and planning. If youre a proactive leader with a knack for integrating events into a broader marketing strategy, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Event Planning: Develop and oversee the overall event strategy, ensuring alignment with SKINTIFICs business and marketing goals. Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, such as beauty exhibitions and create standardized SOPs to maintain consistency and quality across all regional events.

• Budget Management & ROI:  Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. Develop strategies to maximize ROI and generate revenue through event activations.

• Holistic 360 Marketing Strategy: Integrate events into SKINTIFICs 360 marketing strategy, driving brand visibility and sales growth. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure events are a key part of the overall marketing mix

• Sales Operations: Work closely with sales and event teams to boost product sales through event activations. Develop strategies to leverage events as powerful platforms for engaging with target customers and achieving business objectives

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Event teams, providing guidance, support, and training. Ensure alignment with SKINTIFICs event strategy and equip the team with the skills and resources to succeed

• Performance Management: Monitor event performance against set objectives, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions. Provide comprehensive reports to senior management on event success, including key metrics and trends

• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve event processes, focusing on budget management, ROI, and revenue generation. Implement best practices to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from a reputable university

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, ideally within the beauty, personal care industry

• Proven success managing BTL activations on a national or international scale

• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with expertise in event planning, budget management, and ROI optimization

• Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across the organization

• Willing to follow our Work From Office (WFO) policy at our Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan location
