Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Task & Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Reconcile all account balance, including payable, receivable, prepaid, depreciation, amortization.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Financial statements in time and correctly, manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Reconcile and identify discrepancies of financial data.
• Maintain tax process and compliance, including monthly tax reporting and payment proposal (Witholding Taxes, VAT).
• Prepare audit financial documents and request.
• Colaborate with tax consultant to compose transfer pricing reporting documentation.
• Handle service contract calculation.
• Arrange and maintain loan with bank institutions.
• Setting up the financial software, make sure the function of software working well.
• Coordinate with each departement regarding compose finansial statement.
• Inventory calculation (raw material, finished good, and other inventory).
• Team building, improving Acc team coagulability，professional ability, problem-solving ability.

Persyaratan Khusus

Requirements :

• Minumum Bachelors degree in Accountant/Finance/Economic/Tax.
• Have more than 5 years of experience as Finance & Tax Manager.
• Have good knowledge of tax compliance and all types of tax returns. Preferably holding Tax Certification of Brevet A & B.
• Must have corporate tax audit experience at least 5 years.
• Must depth knowledge regarding L/C (Letter of kredit), SKBDN, and other banking matters.
• Must have knowledge regarding Import and Export process.
• Mastering in Ms. Office and Accounting System.
• Have analitical thinking, strong ability to collaborate, and communicate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
