We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to support our finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Supervise and coordinate daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
• Support all tax compliance activities, including the preparation and submission of PPh, PPN, and other relevant tax reports.
• Monitor updates in Indonesian tax regulations and assist in implementing necessary changes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities (e.g., Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) as required.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to management and headquarters.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Assist the Finance Manager in financial analysis, cost control, and budget variance reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional financial activities.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior finance and accounting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or taxation — experience in mining, trading, or multinational companies is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and familiarity with PSAK; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or Jurnal).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent) — required for coordination with expatriate management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Team-oriented with proven ability to supervise and develop subordinates.
