Finance Tax Manager

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).

• Manage tax planning and compliance with all applicable local and international tax laws.

• Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants during audits and investigations.

• Maintain good relationships with tax authorities to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the company.

• Provide strategic tax advice to management to optimize tax efficiency.

• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

• Prepare and review tax provisions for financial reporting purposes.

• Lead and develop the internal tax team.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required tax documentation and explanations.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to tax expenses and liabilities.

• Evaluate and implement tax software or systems improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations) on tax-related matters.

• Conduct internal training or knowledge sharing sessions on tax updates and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities from a tax perspective.

• Assist With Payment and Bank Reconciliation

• Assist with mont-end closing

Job Requirements:

• Good English

• Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, accounting, or finance at least 2 years in a tax supervisor or managerial position

• 30 - 45 years old

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Masters degree in Taxation or Accounting is an advantage.

• Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B, CPA, or Chartered Tax Consultant are preferred.
