Finance & Tax Supervisor

Placement: Soho Capital, Tanjung Duren - West Jakarta

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance & Tax, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations (VAT, Income Tax, tax returns, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, etc.).

• Certified in Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus).

• Experienced in preparing financial reports, budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.

• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, Jurnal, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily finance and tax operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Review and validate financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage company cash flow, budgeting, and provide financial insights for decision-making.

• Oversee tax calculations, reporting, and timely submission of tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax, etc.).

• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of e-Faktur and e-Bupot.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to comply with Indonesian taxation laws.

• Lead, train, and supervise the Finance & Tax team to achieve department objectives.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost efficiency, and tax optimization.
