About the roleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Fit Out Mall specialist to join our team at PT MBH Management in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our mall fit-out projects.

What youll be doing

  • Overseeing and managing the end-to-end fit-out process for new and existing mall spaces

  • Collaborating with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate design concepts into functional, visually appealing mall environments

  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on all aspects of mall fit-outs

  • Maintaining detailed project documentation and reporting on progress to senior management

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mall fit-out or similar commercial interior design/construction projects

  • Degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field is highly desirable

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-profile fit-out projects

  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
