We’re looking for a versatile and detail oriented Fullstack Engineer to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both front-end and back-end development, and who enjoys building scalable digital platforms and mobile applications that are functional, secure, and aligned with our brand values.

You’ll work closely with the Owner Representative to develop web and mobile solutions that support our hospitality, property, and digital services. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites, web applications, and mobile applications
• Write clean, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js)
• Build and maintain mobile apps for iOS and/or Android platforms
• Integrate third-party APIs, booking systems, and CRM tools
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement SEO, AEO best practices, and accessibility standards
• Monitor system security and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with design and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences  

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role (portfolio or GitHub links welcome) 2–3 years of experience building mobile applications across all platforms, including Android, iOS, and React Native.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native development
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) 
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Bonus: Experience in hospitality tech, property platforms, or e-commerce
