Deskripsi:

Mengembangkan dan memelihara platform AI conversational dengan fokus utama pada backend development (80%) dan frontend maintenance (20%). Posisi ini ideal untuk developer yang kuat di backend API development dan dapat bekerja dengan admin templates untuk kebutuhan frontend.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

1. Backend Development (80% fokus)

- Mengembangkan REST APIs untuk integrasi dengan AI services dan customer systems

- Membangun custom business logic dan workflow dari requirements

- Mendesain dan mengimplementasi data models untuk PostgreSQL database

- Mengintegrasikan dengan AI/ML APIs yang disediakan oleh tim AI Developer

- Membuat integration layers dengan third-party systems (CRM, customer databases)

- Maintaining dan optimizing existing API endpoints

2. Frontend Development (20% fokus)

- Memodifikasi admin dashboard templates untuk conversation management

- Menggunakan existing React templates dengan customization sesuai kebutuhan

- Memastikan admin interfaces user-friendly dan responsive

- Basic troubleshooting dan maintenance untuk frontend components

- Tidak perlu membuat UI dari scratch, fokus pada template customization

3. System Integration & Deployment

- Consuming dan integrating AI APIs dari tim internal

- Basic Docker containerization untuk deployment

- Supporting database migrations dan version control

- Collaborating dengan tim untuk customer implementations

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan: S1 Teknik Informatika, Computer Science, atau bidang terkait

- Pengalaman: 2-4 tahun dalam backend development dengan some frontend experience

Technical Requirements:

Backend Skills (Must Have):

- Programming: Proficient dalam Python (FastAPI/Django) ATAU Node.js/Express

- Database: Strong PostgreSQL skills, dapat mendesain schema dan optimize queries

- API Development: Extensive experience membuat REST APIs dari scratch

- Custom Logic: Dapat translate business requirements menjadi code implementation

- Integration: Experience consuming third-party APIs dan handling data transformation

Frontend Skills (Nice to Have - Huge Bonus):

- React: Basic to intermediate React skills untuk template modification

- UI/UX Sense: Understanding user experience principles untuk admin interfaces

- Template Work: Comfortable bekerja dengan existing admin templates (tidak perlu expert)

- CSS: Basic styling skills untuk minor customizations

Note: Frontend skills are not mandatory but will be considered a significant advantage in selection process

DevOps & Tools:

- Docker: Basic Docker knowledge untuk containerization

- Git: Proficient dengan version control dan collaboration workflows

- Cloud: Familiar dengan cloud concepts (AWS/GCP knowledge is bonus)

Soft Skills:

- Problem Solving: Dapat break down complex requirements menjadi actionable tasks

- Communication: Dapat collaborate dengan AI team dan understand API requirements

- Learning: Adaptable dengan new technologies dan business requirements

- Attention to Detail: Ensuring API reliability dan data consistency

Nice to Have:

- Experience dengan conversational platforms atau chatbot integrations

- Background dalam SaaS atau enterprise software development

- Knowledge of message queues atau real-time systems

- MongoDB atau other NoSQL experience

Technical Stack:

- Backend: Python/FastAPI atau Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL

- Frontend: React dengan admin templates

- Infrastructure: Docker, basic cloud deployment

- Integration: REST APIs, third-party service integrations
