We are building a multi-industry ecosystem across:

• Food distribution (FMCG)
• Seafood export (global markets)
• Retail & e-commerce

We are now looking for a Head of Operations & Systems to help us scale from a fast-growing business into a structured, system-driven organization.

This is not a “manage day-to-day ops” role.

This is a build, fix, and scale role.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to:

• Design and implement operational systems across multiple business units
• Build structured workflows across Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance
• Create a unified reporting and dashboard system (Google Workspace / Notion)
• Drive discipline, accountability, and execution across teams
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast

• Oversee group operations across multiple companies
• Build and enforce SOPs (Input → Process → Output)
• Implement and manage systems:
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, automation)
• Notion dashboards
• ERP integrations (future)
• Establish reporting rhythm:
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly dashboards
• Align cross-functional teams and eliminate inefficiencies
• Train and enforce system adoption across the organization
  

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• 6–10+ years experience in:
• Operations / Consulting / System Implementation
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
• Proven experience managing multi-department operations
  

• Experience in FMCG / Distribution / Supply Chain
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, HashMicro, etc.)
• Familiar with Notion or similar tools
• Background in consulting or fast-scaling companies
  

• Structured, analytical, and highly organized
• Hands-on and execution-focused (not just strategy)
• Comfortable enforcing discipline across teams
• Able to simplify complex processes into scalable systems
• Not afraid to challenge ideas and push for better outcomes
