About PinjaminPinjamin is a fast-growing fintech company committed to delivering transparent and impactful financial solutions. As part of our focus on creating a positive workplace culture, we are looking for a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
Conduct fair, confidential investigations related to disciplinary actions, misconduct, or disputes.
Ensure the consistent application of company policies and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
Support disciplinary actions, performance counseling, and employee exit procedures.
Partner with HRBP and management to build a positive, high-trust work environment.
Analyze employee relations trends and recommend initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate documentation and case management records for all employee relations matters.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience specializing in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and dispute resolution best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
Fintech or startup experience is an advantage.
