HR & GA Staff

About the role

Ganesha Ek Sanskriti Restaurant in Bali is seeking a talented HR & GA Staff to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our vibrant restaurant operation.

What youll be doing

1. Manage the full scope of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration

2. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations

3. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and engagement

4. Provide process Expatriate (documents, accommodation & transportation) general administrative support, including office management, procurement, and facilities maintenance,

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR and operational challenges

6. Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR-related reports as required & HR System

What were looking for

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR and/or general administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry (F&B, Restaurant / retail)

2. Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems

5. Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail

6. Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
