Internal Control and Quality Management Senior Manager

Job Summary :

This position will be Responsible for managing Internal Audit & Quality Management division to achieve the set quality targets/objectives that align with organization goals

Job Responsibility :

1. Lead a team of internal auditors in the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of process controls
2. Provide clear and organized documentation of the audit processes and findings
3. Identify and evaluate complex business risks, implications, and related opportunities for improvements of internal controls
4. Manage audit projects effectively - resource allocation, deliver on commitment, time management and quality results
5. Proactively engage and communicate effectively with related stakeholders throughout the entirety of the audit process
6. Support the development of the foundational audit methodology and provide training to the team
7. Continuously develop and improve your technical skillset through self-studies and training / certification programs
8. Serve as a leader to your team by demonstrating integrity in your work, professionalism in your conducts, commitment to quality deliverables and open / honest feedback to the team, peers and superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree from Accounting/Finance/Management or any relevant background
• At least 8 years of working experience in managerial role or relevant position in scope of Internal Audit & Quality Management
• Possess High level of ethics and integrity
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Vast knowledge of audit methodology - audit planning / communication, audit program development, control testing approach, work paper documentation, work paper review, and reporting (concise write-ups)
• Good leadership skills, experienced with coaching and developing junior team members, strong confidence to interact with management and senior stakeholders, excellent project management and organizational capabilities, ability to oversee and complete tasks and audit projects within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication in English (verbally and in writing), able to work collaboratively, and show high level of problem-solving skills
