Inventory Control & System Sr. Staff

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for warehouse and inventory management, including:

   • Handling inbound and outbound transactions (IN-OUT)

   • Warehouse layout and product movement

   • Implementation of FIFO and FEFO methods

   • Monitoring product traceability, stock levels, stock availability, and product shelf life

   • Conducting regular stock opname (physical inventory count)

2. Managing inventory assets and marketing gimmicks in the warehouse, including allocation and distribution.

3. Organizing and optimizing warehouse space utilization, picking procedures, and order preparation.

4. Monitoring schedules and receipt of goods from external parties (co-packers or suppliers).

5. Ensuring product quality, repacking processes, expiry date checks, and returns management.

6. Preparing regular reports and maintaining systematic document control.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelors degree (any major).

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.

3. Familiar with Warehouse & Inventory Management Systems.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

5. Strong leadership skills.

6. Effective communication abilities.

7. Solid analytical skills.

8. Good problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
