IT Application Support Internship

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Solve problems related to the application.

  • Perform system troubleshooting and find solutions and fix together with developers.

  • Create issue logs and repair notes and system operating guides.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum D3 Information Technology / Information Systems / similar.

  • Have experience using MySQL, or other Databases.

  • Can work together in time. Have good communication skills.

  • Able to analyze and solve problems in the application.

  • Willing to work in a shift system.

  • Work Placement: WFO in Cibitung, Bekasi.
