Role Description

• Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and consultation.

• Manage product display, stock opname, and quality checks.

• Conduct sales planning and follow up with customer databases.

• Maintain store grooming and adhere to operational SOPs.

• Handle in-store and external events to drive engagement.

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelors Degree any major

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Knowledge of current trends and fashion practices

• Experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales or retail fashion or any related sales field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations

• Willing to be placed in all our stores
