About the role

KARMANTO DAN REKAN is seeking a dedicated Management Representative to join our dynamic team in Tebet, Jakarta. As the Management Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our quality management system, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring that our operations comply with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory requirements.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control System (Sistem Pengendali Mutu / SPM) in alignment with company standards and regulatory frameworks.

  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, including planning, documentation, and post-audit follow-ups.

  • Conduct internal training on the Quality Management System (SPM) and related audit procedures.

  • Manage and update the companys Quality Manual based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.

  • Monitor the achievement of quality objectives and facilitate management review meetings.

  • Provide support during external audits, including communication with auditors and preparation of required materials.

  • Liaise with key regulatory bodies (e.g., ISO, OJK, MAPPI, PPPK) on behalf of the company.

  • Ensure proper document control and maintain compliance with all applicable standards and internal procedures.

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

  • Provide assistance with risk management, compliance analysis, and performance optimization.

Qualification

  • Maximum age: 40 years old

  • Minimum: Bachelors Degree (S1) in Engineering, Business, Management, or other relevant fields

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or quality assurance, preferably with ISO 9001:2015 training or certification

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio

  • Willing to travel domestically for audit and review assignments

  • Highly disciplined and assertive

  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • High integrity and ethical mindset
