High interest in the beauty industry and latest trends.
Highly meticulous and organized.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to situations.
Qualifications :
Develop creative and event strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee Social Media Specialists (content, campaigns, performance analysis).
Manage KOL Specialists (identification, negotiation, collaboration, monitoring).
Direct Event teams (conceptualization, planning, logistics, execution).
Ensure brand identity consistency across all promotional materials.
Manage and optimize budgets for creative initiatives and events.
Analyze campaign and event performance (ROI, engagement, conversion) and report findings.
Identify new opportunities for brand activation and customer engagement.
