Marketing Content Strategist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Strategist to join our marketing team. The role will focus on developing persuasive, clear, and engaging copy for multiple channels, including marketing campaigns, product communication, and social media. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer understanding and overall experience of products through clear, concise, and user-friendly copy.

  • Develop persuasive, customer-focused content for campaigns, product launches, events, and social media.

  • Translate business objectives and stakeholder requests into compelling content and copy that drive results.

  • Ensure all content aligns with Fuses brand voice, value proposition, and objectives, while staying consistent and audience-focused across channels.

  • Monitor content performance and use insights to refine messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, or related field (preferred).

  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation and copywriting (Bahasa Indonesia & English).

  • Strong writing skills: clear, concise, creative, & persuasive across channels.

  • Able to connect content with audience personas, business goals, and customer journey stages.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced/startup environment; proactive and adaptable.

  • Good collaborator with strong communication skills.

  • Able to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency in content creation.

  • Preferred: experience in tech, startup, insurance, or automotive industries.

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with content management systems, basic SEO, or analytics (content performance).

  • Portfolio of sample works (marketing campaigns, product copy, social posts).
