Job Summary
We are a pioneer and one of the rapidly growing manufacturing companies based in Bali, with an office in Jakarta and expanding exposure to the whole provinces throughout Indonesia as well as overseas markets. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Leader to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in a well-known FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company, with a strong mix of creative thinking, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, executing integrated ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, and delivering impactful marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives.
This role collaborates closely with the COO and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are not only creative but also commercially effective—supporting long-term business strategy and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, product awareness, and customer engagement.
Plan and allocate budgets for ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Track market trends and consumer insights to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing (Online)
Manage digital campaigns including social media, email marketing, content strategy, and SEO/SEM.
Oversee the companys website, webshop, and overall digital presence to ensure consistent messaging, usability, and conversion.
Develop and implement strategies to grow traffic and sales through the webshop, including digital promotions, product merchandising, and customer engagement tactics.
Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools to drive continual optimization.
Offline Marketing
Lead execution of ATL activities such as TV, radio, print media, and outdoor branding.
Organize and manage BTL initiatives such as in-store promotions, brand activations, events, trade shows, and direct marketing.
Ensure strong on-the-ground brand presence and engagement across all physical touchpoints.
Product & Brand Awareness
Build and implement campaigns to promote product recognition and clearly communicate value propositions.
Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all communication channels.
Use surveys, research, and feedback loops to measure and improve brand health.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, develop, and mentor a growing marketing team (internal and external).
Work closely with departments including Sales, Product, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive execution.
Provide regular updates on marketing performance, key insights, and strategic direction to the COO.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record from a well-known FMCG company in developing and executing ATL and BTL strategies.
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including webshop/eCommerce operations.
Proficient in tools such as CRM, CMS, Analytics platforms, etc.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Creative mindset combined with strong commercial judgment and analytical ability.
