About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Product Staff to join our team at PT. CJ Foodville Bakery and Cafe Indonesia ( TOUS les JOURS ). In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the marketing and development of our exciting range of products. Based in our office in South Jakarta, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.

What youll be doing

  1. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development

  2. Product management: Establish in & out and renewal plans through product performance analysis

  3. Collaborating with the research and development team to create innovative and appealing products

  4. Coordinate product SKU operation (new product development, new product launching, and discontinue items)

  5. Collaboration across the value chain for product development, launch, and management 

  6. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and retail partners

What were looking for

  1. A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  2. Proven experience in a marketing or product development role, preferably within the food and beverage industry

  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights

  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

  5. Creativity and a passion for developing innovative products and marketing strategies

  6. Fluent in English communication (verbal and written)

  7. Work location : Head Office, South Jakarta
