Marketing Support (Technical Functions)

Job Requirements:

• Maximum age of 30 years old.

• Must be proficient in active English, both spoken and written.

• Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering or Information Technology (Fresh graduates are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of hardware and internet networking is required.

• Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to products or systems.

• Willing to be assigned in West Java, East Java, Central Java, Kalimantan, Riau, Sulawesi, Sumatra, or Jabodetabek, based on company needs.

• Willing to participate in training programs provided by the company.

• Hardworking, smart, with strong interpersonal communication skills, logical reasoning, and target-oriented mindset.

• Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the HQ team in product planning, including collecting and analyzing business requirements, researching competitor information within the industry, and contributing to the release of competitive products or solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to survey the market, assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitors products, and support efforts to optimize product launching strategies and pricing models.

• Support the Channel and Business Development (BD) sales teams in resolving technical issues during the sell-through, sell-out, and after-sales service processes.

• Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the full product portfolio and assist the HQ technical team in training partners (ND) and conducting regular technical training sessions.

• Perform other tasks as required by the team to support departmental and company goals.
