Mechanical Installation Supervisor (Site Coordinator)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safety of all mechanical workers under the area of responsibility

• Prepare work permit for work under his supervision (in case of work without a contractor)

• Coordinates with sub-contractors for mechanical installation work and sees to it that the installation is according to design and schedule

• Makes report for any design discrepancies and submit to Project Engineer & Project Manager

• Coordinates with equipment vendor representative

• Coordinates with supervisors of other discipline to avoid clash and mismatches in interfacing

• Coordinates/liase with the site logistic officer for materials & equipment availability for installation

• Prepares daily work report

• Prepares accident report if any

• Assist in pre-commissioning works

• Reporting to Project Manager in charge

• Performs other tasks as instructed by the Project Manager

Qualifications:

• D3 or S1 Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years in project coordination, power plant or industrial plant is preferred

• Proficient in mechanical equipment installation & piping

• Has a valid car driving license (SIM A) is a plus
