About the Perusahaan

Dwimitra Listenlights Indonesia (DLI) is a strategic partnership between PT Dwimitra Ekatama Mandiri and Listenlights Pvt. Ltd., specializing in Engineering services for mission-critical facilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team for the construction of a hyperscale Data Center project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Indonesia's rapidly growing digital infrastructure developments.

About the Role

The MEP Supervisor will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our infrastructure projects, ensuring that all systems are installed and functioning according to specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities on site.
  • Ensure all MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and Perusahaan safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  • Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available to support project execution.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure installation complies with project quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising MEP construction projects.
  • Experience in Data Center, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or High-Tech Building Projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, including:

1. HVAC & Precision Cooling

2. Electrical Distribution (MV/LV)

3. UPS & Generator Systems

4. Fire Protection Systems

5 Plumbing Systems

6. ELV/BMS Systems

  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with project scheduling and reporting.
  • Willing to be placed at the project site in Cikarang, West Java.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
