Network Engineer Aruba for Integra (Placement Bandung)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Analyse customer needs and support for troubleshooting problems/ change request.

• Support reporting, documentation and standby monitoring.

• Perform maintenance of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs

• Responsive services

• Manage daily IT network operations

Requirements :

• Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from any reputable university

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, networking, and data communication.

• Having a minimum of 1 years of experience in the same field

• Knowledge in Routing Switching and Wireless Technology

• Having a ACA-CA or has complete a training about Aruba network.

• Good in English and good communication skills

• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance inline with a broad plan, or strategy

• Ready to work at customer (Bandung placement)
