Job Description
Sales Activity
- Achieved targets and delivery of high customerservice to the existing and potential customers.
- Doing presentations / detailing to doctors, practicestaff and nurses in hospital, hospital doctors, or
- Pharmacists related to products and or newproducts
- Planning work schedules for visit by weekly and monthly and make the reports
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors products.
- Working with team managers to plan how toapproach contacts and creating effective businessplans
Customer and Distributor Relationship
- Building and maintaining strong relationship withcustomers
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Academic, preferably from Pharmacy
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Oncology
- Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communicationschallenges and opportunities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phrase
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
