Gotion High-Tech Indonesia is looking for a Spare Part Engineer (Specialist).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

I. Planning and Procurement

1. Demand plan: formulate a reasonable procurement demand plan based on the spare parts management list and actual situation.

2. Supplier management: find and screen qualified spare parts suppliers, manage domestic and local suppliers well, and strive for more favorable procurement prices and better services.

3. Procurement execution: according to the procurement plan, issue purchase orders in time, track procurement progress, and ensure that spare parts arrive on time, according to quality and quantity.

II. Inventory management

1. Warehouse management: inspect and accept the spare parts that have arrived, check the quantity, specifications, quality, etc., ensure that they are consistent with the purchase order, go through the warehousing procedures, and register the inventory ledger.

2. Storage management: according to the characteristics of spare parts, reasonably arrange the storage Lokasi, regularly count the inventory, and ensure that the accounts and goods are consistent.

3. Inventory control: monitor the inventory of spare parts, replenish or adjust them in time, avoid backlogs or out of stock, and reduce inventory costs.

III. Distribution and use

V. Document management

1. Data collation: collate the relevant data of departments and spare parts

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, mechanical manufacturing, electrical automation and other related majors are preferred.

2. Work experience: more than 1 year of spare parts management, procurement or logistics related work experience, manufacturing, equipment maintenance industry work experience is preferred; familiar with spare parts localization workflow.

3.Familiar with spare parts management processes and methods, with professional knowledge in inventory management, procurement management, cost control, etc., and proficient in Excel and WPS office software.

4.Good Chinese communication skills, HSK level 4 or above

5.Understand the spare parts knowledge of mechanical, electrical and other related equipment, have certain technical data analysis capabilities, and can accurately grasp the technical parameters and replacement standards of imported spare parts.

6. Have good professional ethics and team spirit, strictly abide by the Perusahaan's rules and regulations, and keep the Perusahaan's business secrets.
