The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end business growth related projects from approach alignment, analysis, proposed solutions, implementation, and reporting to top management.
• Conduct and consolidate overall budget/ target projection, including short-term and long-term, according to management direction.
• Generate market trends (competitive intelligence, benchmarking), by summarizing key findings, insights, and tailored it to relevant stakeholders. 

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with at least 3 years of work experience
• Having working experience in the e-commerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus
• Good structured & strategic thinking & problem solving skills - able to break down problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items and good presentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication - including good powerpoint and excel skills
• Familiarity with querying language and handling data crunching will be an advantage
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with different stakeholders
• Good team player with a positive attitude and self-driven
