Personal Assistant

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will support the CEO in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth business operations. This includes handling schedules, organizing meetings, managing travel, and acting as the point of contact for internal and external parties. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the CEOs needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel plans

- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence

- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes

- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

- Manage confidential documents and tasks

- Assist with projects and follow up on deadlines

- Communicate with staff, clients, and partners

- Provide general administrative support

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (preferred)

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

- Strong communication and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

- Able to work independently and handle pressure

- Trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented

- Willing to work flexible hours when needed
