Preventive Maintenance (PM) Checker - IBC Project

We are looking for a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Checker to join our In-Building Coverage (IBC) Project team. The PM Checker is responsible for verifying and ensuring that all preventive maintenance activities on IBC sites are executed properly, documented accurately, and in line with company standards and client requirements. This role plays a vital part in maintaining network reliability, site readiness, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate preventive maintenance activities carried out by contractors or field teams on IBC sites

• Ensure site inspections, checklists, and reports are completed accurately and on time

• Verify site conditions, system alarms, equipment logs, and performance records

• Ensure compliance with PM schedules, procedures, and health & safety standards

• Identify, document, and escalate any issues, irregularities, or non-compliance findings

• Coordinate with the O&M, NOC, and engineering teams to address corrective actions

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of preventive maintenance activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telco projects, preferably IBC or fiber optic projects

• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures in telecom environments

• Familiar with site equipment, alarms, and network monitoring systems

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

• Willingness to travel to sites as required
