About the role

As a Pricing / Vendor Management Senior Staff (Contract under OS) at PT Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the pricing and vendor management aspects of the companys operations. What youll be doing

1. Manage and negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure the most competitive and favourable terms for the company

2. Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies to optimise supplier relationships and performance

3. Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to inform the companys pricing strategy

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and operational efficiency

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pricing and vendor-related information

6. Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on pricing and vendor performance

What were looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar pricing or vendor management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry

2. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

4. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software to track and report on pricing and vendor performance

5. Proven track record of implementing successful vendor management strategies and driving operational improvements

6. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
