About the role

Become the Principle for (British Curriculum EYFS) Pre School at PT. STARA Edu Global, an exciting and rewarding full-time opportunity in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will lead and shape the educational experience for young children, driving the schools mission and vision while ensuring the highest standards of teaching and care.

What youll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the pre-school

  2. Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures to foster a nurturing, enriching, and safe learning environment

  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated educators and support staff

  4. Engage with parents and the local community to build strong partnerships

  5. Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to the curriculum as needed

  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation requirements

  7. Represent the school at educational and community events

What were looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a pre-school principal or in a similar leadership role

  2. Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  3. Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in pre-school education

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

  5. Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators

  6. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation

  7. Passion for providing a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children
