Procurement Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

3. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

4. Knowledge of Quality System Management, Food Safety, and Halal Assurance

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office

6. Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)

7. Willing to be placed in Cipondoh - Banten.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective procurement strategies.

2. Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes and supplier management.

3. Lead team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Drive cost-efficiency and support business sustainability goals.

5. Ensure compliance with food safety and halal standards.
