Product Development (Partnership)

• Identify and evaluate potential partners in the payment ecosystem that align with the companys strategic goals.

• Build and manage long-term partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, platform enablers, and ecosystem players.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, IT, Compliance, Legal) to support technical integration and service readiness for partners.

• Monitor partner performance and activity to ensure mutual growth and benefit.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory developments in digital payments, and assess how these affect partnership strategy.

• Prepare partnership proposals, business cases, and regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 0-2 years experience in partnership or business development roles

• Strong understanding of payment systems

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strategic mindset with problem-solving and commercial thinking.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech, and legal teams.

• Prior experience working with payment aggregators/payment gateway.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (such as Bank Indonesia) in payment systems.

• Experience with partnership contracting and business modeling.
