We are a company engaged in the field of Wood Building Products located in East Java Province. All of our production results are exported to the United States. And currently we need a production manager.

Production Manager In the woodworking is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the production process from raw materials to finished products. They ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, costs are contolled. Must have adequate knowledge for production planning, organizing, controlling production activities, managing personnel, implementing safety protocols and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Schedulling:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands, considering factors like raw material avaibility, workforce capacity and production capacity.

Procces Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all production activities adhere to quality standards, conduct regular quality checks and addres quality issues promptly

Personnel Management:

Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training, performance feedback and addressing any issues.

Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring  a safe working environment for all production staff.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth production processes and minimize delays.

Cost Control:

Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality or production output.

Language:

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable and ideally English as well, as this can facilitate communication with local vendors and suppliers.

Cultural Sensivity:

Understanding of local work culture and customs is important for effective team management and building strong relationships eith local staff and stakeholders.

Local Regulation:

Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations and industry standards is crusial for compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must have min 10 year(s) of working experience as Production Manager in wood industry

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team

· Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders

· Strong organizational and planning skills to manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products

· Knowledge of woodworking processes techniques and equipment

· Understanding of quality control standards and quality assurance procedures

· Experience with inventory management and material handling

· Familiarity with safety regulations and Implement.

· Wiliing to be placed in East Java.
