Project Manager - Tower Implementation

to lead and oversee end-to-end implementation of telecommunication tower projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tower construction and upgrade projects to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to budget and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tower implementation projects from site acquisition to handover

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

• Oversee site preparation, civil works, tower erection, and installation activities

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with technical standards and HSE requirements

• Manage project documentation, reporting, and approvals in line with company and client requirements

• Control project costs and ensure financial discipline across assigned projects

• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to management on progress, risks, and mitigation plans

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering (or related field)

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on telecommunication tower implementation

• Strong knowledge of tower construction processes, technical standards, and regulatory requirements

• Proven track record in managing contractors, budgets, and project timelines

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
