Xquisite AI is looking for a practical, hands-on Project Manager to lead service implementation projects from start to finish. If youve managed multiple client-facing projects and know how to keep teams aligned and outcomes clear, wed love to connect..

What youll be doing

1. Lead and coordinate service implementation projects across internal and client teams

2. Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication throughout the full project cycle

3. Track progress, flag risks, and keep stakeholders informed

4. Ensure smooth handover and post-implementation wrap-up

What were looking for

1. Background in service industries (e.g. IT services, consulting, BPO, or similar)

2. Proven experience managing at least 3 full-cycle service implementation projects

3. Strong communication and coordination skills

4. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and client-facing roles

5. Familiarity with basic project tracking tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or Excel)
