Purchasing Planner

Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and manage procurement from order to delivery.

• Prepare procurement reports, analyze data, ensure cost-effective pricing, and perform administrative tasks.

• Communicate with suppliers, verify pricing, port details, and collect necessary documentation.

• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues proactively.

• Prepare the requirement and necessary documents for the initial procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement with knowledge of import procedures.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Proactive and detail-oriented.
