QA/QC Inspector (Mechanical & Electrical)

PT Inti Power Abadi, a company engaged in Power Service Solution & Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, is currently seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join our team as:

🛠 Position: QA/QC Inspector - Mechanical & Electrical

1. Conduct inspection of materials and installation works for mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation systems, including fit-up, welding, NDT, hydrotest, reinstatement, electrical equipment installation, and instrumentation.

2. Verify technical documents such as Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), welder qualifications, NDT reports, and oversee continuity test, insulation resistance test, loop test, function test, FAT, and SAT.

3. Monitor erection and installation processes for piping, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, electrical and instrumentation systems up to commissioning stage.

4. Inspect grounding, lightning protection, cable routing, termination, and ensure mechanical & electrical installations comply with technical standards.

5. Ensure all works comply with project specifications and international standards (API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA).

6. Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation including ITP, checklist, test records, NCR, punch list, as-built drawings, and handover dossiers for all mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Welding, or metallurgy Engineering

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical and piping QA/QC with at least 4 years in oil & gas construction projects

3. Have valid certification AWS CWI, ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, and PT.

4. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, NDT techniques, piping and welding standards, and fire protection system

5. Proficient in reviewing ITP, method statements, drawings, and specifications

6. Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

7. Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary QA/QC team
