QHSE Manager

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelors degree or comparable level by training or experience in a relevant discipline. 

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in inspection, certification, pest management industry or related field. 

  3. Having experience as program coordinator, supervisor, or relevant position.

  4. Lead auditor training. Knowledge of the current version(s) of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17065 and/or ISO/IEC 17021, 17020, Government Regulation No.50/2012. 

  5. Knowledge of audit principles, practices, and techniques (19011). 

  6. Experience with QHSE management system standards. 

  7. Knowledge of company/management processes. 

  8. Knowledge of inspections, pest management and certifications. 

  9. Good command of English spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute Internal Audits (program manual audit, office audit, Process monitoring) and file assessment forms.

  2. Assist Director in management review and advisory council. 

  3. Register, investigate, handle, follow-up and coordinate with Director for complaint, incident and appeals. 

  4. Assist Director with handling of claims. 

  5. Define, select, and follow-up of improvements. 

  6. Filing of Improvements: - Pursuit of efficiency/QHSE improvements. - Processing of corrective actions with regards to the QHSE system.

  7. Supervise accreditation, Procedure Manual, and specific program manual and its implementation, validate new programs: - Maintain and ensure implementation of Accreditation-demands, including but not limited to Procedure Manual and impartiality check and all activities implemented from the QHSE manual. - Verify and review the QHSE system, in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17065, ISO 17021 and ISO 17020, Government Regulation No 50/2012 based on nature of its activities. - Validate the program by means of reviewing the certification, inspection, and pest management-process(es). - Evaluate the use of accreditation logos in marketing material. 

  8. Evaluate the organization and environment on efficient and correct operation of the certification and inspection program: - Technical check on objective and justified certification decision. - Coaching certifiers and personnel on improvements. - Identify improvements for the system (means and methods). - Identify and report omissions to Management. 

  9. Evaluate whole certification, inspection, pest management processes to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. 

  10. Report the result of evaluation of whole certification, inspection, pest management processes and the functioning of the QHSE system to Director for continuous improvement. 

  11. Coordinate with GA in maintaining list of Suppliers and review the effectiveness of supplier, filing. 

  12. Assessment of control organizations. 

  13. Ensure and control that the QHSE is carried out in accordance with company procedures and carry out company risk prevention ang opportunity attainment in accordance with applicable systems and procedures. 

  14. Approve and ensure the qualification of personnel related to QHSE system knowledge and its implementation. 

  15. Identify qualification criteria by means of coordination with Scheme coordinator if needed. 

  16. Monitor the qualification of certification, inspection, pest management personnel to meet qualification criteria per standard requirement, along with Scheme coordinator and certifier if needed. 

  17. Monitor the qualification QHSE personnel.
