Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company pioneering an industry transformation by revolutionising the shrimp sector through an advanced management system.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the aquaculture and seafood sectors.
- Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of the companys offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, promoting a results-driven and collaborative environment.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure sales strategies align with broader organizational goals.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Evaluate client needs and market dynamics to refine and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys products, including production processes and quality standards.
- Offer technical support and product-related guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a recognized university in any field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the aquaculture or frozen seafood industry.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales practices, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities combined with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation and client engagement.
- Flexible and adaptable in response to evolving business needs, team structures, and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of aquaculture operations, shrimp farming, and seafood supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development initiatives.
