Key Responsibilities

• Growth & Brand Strategy: Oversee local user acquisition, brand marketing initiatives, and community operations to establish a robust market presence in Indonesia.
• On/Off-Ramp Operations: Manage and scale regional field operations focused on expanding payment channel coverage to ensure seamless fiat-to-digital asset transitions for users.
• Strategic Payment Partnerships: Develop and maintain high-level executive relationships with tier-1 local payment service providers, digital wallets, and financial institutions to optimize the platform's payment ecosystem.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for marketing and operational vendors, ensuring cost-efficiency, high-quality delivery, and compliance with local standards.
• Localized Ecosystem Building: Adapt product messaging and community engagement strategies to align with the specific cultural and regulatory landscape of the Indonesian market.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Marketing Management, or Business Development, specifically within the FinTech, Payments, or Digital Assets sectors.
• Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Indonesian financial services industry and a strong existing network within the local payment ecosystem.
• Field Management: Proven experience managing decentralized teams or "ground-push" operations in a high-growth environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong background in strategic procurement—managing vendor contracts, negotiating SLAs, and driving cost-optimization across marketing spend.
• Communication: Native-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English are required.
