Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Acquisition Specialist role based in Bandung. The Site Acquisition Specialist will identify, evaluate, and recommend potential Lokasis for new KABOBS stores, using market data, field visits, and local insights. Daily tasks include conducting site surveys, preparing feasibility analyses, and coordinating with internal teams on site development plans. The role will manage negotiations for leases and related agreements, maintain strong relationships with property owners and external partners, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. The specialist will also collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams to support timely site approvals and successful store openings.
