Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an After Sales Supervisor / Senior Engineer based in Cikarang Barat. The role is responsible for leading after-sales service operations, including coordinating installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for intelligent logistics and factory systems. Daily tasks include supervising a technical service team, responding to customer inquiries and service requests, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and ensuring timely escalation when needed. The role also involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, preparing service reports, and providing technical feedback to engineering and product teams for continuous improvement. In addition, the After Sales Supervisor / Senior Engineer will deliver user training, support spare parts management, and help optimize service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and system performance.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues, interpret system data, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Proven team management skills, including task planning, workload balancing, coaching, and performance monitoring in a service or engineering environment.
• Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem ownership, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Clear and professional communication skills for working with customers, internal teams, and global stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Training skills to develop and deliver technical training, user guidance, and operating procedures for customers and junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience in after-sales service, commissioning, or maintenance of automation, logistics systems, or industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation, use diagnostic tools, and work safely in industrial environments.
• Willingness to work on-site at customer facilities, support occasional overtime
