Skincare Brand Country Manager (CEO Assistant)

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & E-Commerce Management (60%)

- Develop and execute 360° brand strategies (digital marketing, offline activations, influencer/KOL campaigns, and performance ads).

- Lead Shopee & TikTok Shop operations, including store optimization, paid ads (TikTok Ads, Meta), live streaming, and sales promotions.

- Manage warehouse & logistics (3PL coordination, inventory turnover, D2C fulfillment).

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust pricing, product launches, and promotions.

  • Team & Operations Leadership (30%)

- Build and manage a high-performing team (marketing, sales, logistics, customer service).

- Oversee HR functions (hiring, training, performance evaluation) and financial control (P&L, budgeting, cost optimization).

- Collaborate with HQ (product development, supply chain, global marketing).

  • CEO Assistance (10%)

- Provide strategic insights to the CEO for Indonesia market decisions.

- Prepare business reports, investor updates, and cross-departmental alignment.

  • Requirements:

- Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus.

- Experience:

- 6+ years in brand marketing (digital + offline) with a focus on e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop).

- 3+ years in team management (5+ members) and multi-department coordination.

- Proven track record in HR, finance, and supply chain oversight.

- Experience in skincare/beauty/FMCG industries preferred.

  • Skills:

- Data-driven: Proficient in Brand growth, TikTok/Shopee Ads and marketing, and sales forecasting.

- Leadership: Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving agility.

- Store Operations(Online and Offline): Knowledge of Indonesian brand store marketing and full process operation(warehouse, logistics, campaigns).
