We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager with solid hands‑on experience in software sales, preferably in the HRMS/Payroll domain. The candidate should have prior experience managing a small team (2–3 members) and must be based in Jakarta.

Role Overview

Drive direct sales of HRIS software solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Jakarta and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive direct sales of HRIS software solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Jakarta and nearby regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team (2–3 members), ensuring target achievement.
  • Manage individual sales performance and targets as well as overall team targets, providing necessary coaching and corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop a healthy sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Build strong client relationships to enable upsell, cross‑sell, and long‑term account retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, support, marketing) to ensure customer success.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and local sales intelligence to HQ.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of successful sales experience in software/SaaS solutions; HRMS/Payroll product sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven team management experience (managed 2–3 team members).
  • Working knowledge with CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution selling, and B2B sales cycles.
  • The existing local business network in Jakarta will be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to manage both individual and team sales targets effectively.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self‑starter with high energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
Language Requirements
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (preferred for local business engagement)
