Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor KOL & Affiliate based in Bandung. The Supervisor KOL & Affiliate will manage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates, coordinate marketing campaigns, and track performance metrics of our 50+ clients. Responsibilities also include developing strategic collaborations, handling affiliate marketing strategies, and ensuring client goals are met effectively within set deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), affiliate relationships, and partnerships
• Skills in digital marketing, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and reporting
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking to enhance collaborations and campaigns
• Keen understanding of Multi-Channel Network (MCN) and influencer marketing
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Available to join immediately without notice (approximately second week of 2026)
