Talent Acquisition Senior Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a strong advantage.

• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and interviewing skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and management skills.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, testing if required, interviews, and offering) to ensure quality hiring.

• Ensure manpower fulfillment is delivered within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).

• Source candidates using multiple channels and job portals to expand the talent pool.

• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business objectives.

• Maintain regular and clear communication with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Provide strategic input to improve recruitment effectiveness.

• Coordinate with GA and IT teams to ensure facilities and equipment are prepared for new hires.

• Guide onboarding activities including induction, buddy assignment, and check-ins to support employee adaptation.

• Collaborate with Brand Management on employer branding initiatives to strengthen company visibility and reputation.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing consistent and transparent communication.

• Safeguard company data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and procedures.
