We are a well-established multinational organization in food industry seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Management Lead to lead our talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in building organizational capability, attracting top talent, fostering employee growth, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire high-quality talent across various functions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipelines.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Learning & Development
- Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage annual training needs analysis, training plans, and learning budgets.
- Develop leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement in organizational capability.
Talent Management
- Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Support organizational capability-building initiatives to prepare future leaders.
Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement survey results, and action plans to improve employee experience.
- Lead employee recognition, wellness, and engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and retention.
- Collaborate with managers to foster a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement practices.
- Experience designing and implementing organizational development and capability-building initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or multinational organizations is an advantage.
