Technical Sales
Responsibilities:
Manage and drive industrial business to achieve sales target.
Work closely with assigned accounts to formulate sales plan to grow the market
Execute sales activities in accordance to timeline set in sales plan and monitor the progress.
Work with the Marketing to roll out events and promotion with assigned accounts to build brands awareness and market share.
Work with demand planner to ensure products forecasting can support the strategic sales plan to serve the needs of the assigned accounts.
Develop & maintain good relationship with assigned account through close work collaboration and communications.
Keep abreast of market trends & development, new competitive products and offers.
Monitor sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignment.
Prepare sales reports detailing sales performance, progress, opportunities and risks.
Follow up all issues raised by markets end-customer/distributor such as product enquiries, marketing programs, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, payment and other related matters.
Coordinate with internal departments to seek appropriate resolution to all work issues.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelors degree from Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or any relevant field
At least 5 years Sales experience specializing in Industrial, Construction, Heavy Equipment, Automotive, or Mining sector.
Results driven and possess initiative to organize work independently
Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills
Proficient in Powertools & Accessories products presentation & application on-site
Proficient in English, both oral and written
Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Optimally work under target basis and under pressure
